A moment of reflection on my profession...

I am one of the fortunate ones who gets to do work that I love. How many professions allow you to make a significant difference to an organization’s success in the way that matters most – helping them to hire the right people? At the same time, people in my profession help people live more fulfilling lives by finding the right job fit. I am a firm believer that meaningful work is vital to adult human well-being. I never forget that my true client is the organization that has engaged my services – but it’s a very fulfilling side benefit that I get to help some individuals along the way.

  1. I feel glad whenever I hear or read about people being happy with their jobs. I'm all for the perfect job fit. Coz when you love what you do, you exude passion and when there's passion, more blessings come.
